1. A PHP1,500 shoot fee per hour will be applied if the client wishes to bring his/her own DSLR camera inside the       studio (both for the dance area and photography area). The shoot fee is not applicable to Negative Space             Package and Flash Package.

2. Use of additional paper backdrops is priced at Php500 per color.

3. Php500 per apparatus will be charged if the client requests to use a pole or any aerial equipment.

4. The following fees will be applied if the client requests additional photos:

    a. Php500 for each edited photo
    b. Php100 for each unedited jpg image

5. A Php1,000 per additional pax fee will be applied to all packages.

6. The photographer has the right to charge the client additional fees for any incurred costs that are not covered in      the selected package. These include but are not limited to travel expenses, meals, and parking.

7. If the photography session lasts more than five (5) hours, the Photographer shall be provided a full meal. If no         meal is provided, the Photographer reserves the right to go off-site for one (1) hour to purchase his/her own meal.

8. For photo sessions held at the studio, an extension fee amounting to Php1,000 per 30 minutes shall be paid by         the client should he/she wish to extend the contract time.

9. Makeup and hair styling services can be arranged by the Photographer on request. The Client shall pay a               separate fee for these services.

10. If the Client wishes to receive the digital images earlier than the standard Service Level Agreement (SLA), the        following fees shall be applied:
    a. For event photo coverage, 25% of the total contract amount shall be paid. The Client will receive the                     enhanced digital images within 10 business days.
    b. For studio photo sessions, 25% of the total contract amount shall be paid. The Client will receive a maximum           of 10 enhanced digital images within seven (7) business days.
